Today 14.95 was taken out of my account. I cant even file a complaint with the actual company because "lend fast.com" claims they are not the same company that is taking 14.95 out of peoples account but did not give a reference number to who is. This is the second time money has been taking out of my account, but I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR A LOAN WITH NEITHER OF THE TWO COMPANIES!!! I understand lenders who don't approve me giving out my email address and phone number to other companies but not my account number because I have read both companies terms and conditions and it does not include automatically taking money out of a non-customers bank account. I don't even have a log-in account with this company so why are they messing with my personal account?

- Hey, I had the same charges on my account which was not in my account and charged me a NSF, and I was very angry because I had not budgeted this for my account. Needless to say, I contacted my bank to research this for me and they gave my the number to contact the company. The number is 1-855-237-6402. Try the number and tell them that it was an unauthorized charge and refund you the money. The lady I spoke with name was Whitney from SS Lendersfast or something as such. She stated that she had closed my account and I would recieve my refund in 7-10 business days. Hope this helps.
