On November 4, 2011 I,m purchased car from Open Road BMW Edison NJ, 2010 GT 550I, car was demo model with 2100 miles. A front tires had a damage and a dealer agree to
replaced all 4 tires, in a few days they call to pick up a car. I,m went pick up a car and took
for road test, car was driving very ruff , left a car at again. After few days car was ready,
and driving again , it was much better but still a problem, they took car again for service,
calling me next day and telling the wheel(rim) has bended and they going to fix. After few
days again i,m pick up a car still the same problem. I took a car and went to an other BMW
dealer JMK in Springfield, they check a car out and telling me one of new tires are a defective and and has to be change and also they a statement: the all 4 wheels not belong to my car, they was replaced(wrong size). A car was sold to me as a sport package, 4200.00 add cost. All this time I,m driving loaners cars and paying for 550i GT.
Some time in march 2012, finally they call me and agreed to change wheels and tires on
a original one , instead I got not sport package and all set of wheels wrong again size. After I,m complained about this they told me they not going to do any think also.
