I was asked to make an internet payment of £2.79 to cover postage to receive two free samples of Revita Skin Care products. I did so, received 2, not 3, products and have now had my bank account debited by £94.99. I have never authorised this payment.
Update: 07/05/2012
This complaint has been resolved satisfactorily by a very pleasant and efficient guy in their Customer Services Department. So my complaint is withdrawn.
