My name is Frank Brown and i have Zing extended warranty, I need to replace my water pump on my mini cooper and the bmw dealer can not get intouch with the company to authorization the fix. I keep getting that number is not a working number. I have went through all the options in zings menu and they all had the same results, not a working number. My car has been at the dealer since the 27th of June. I will try to stop my payments to them...
