This started on 8/18/11 when I first ordered a opal ring. I had not gotten it by 9/18/11 and was told, like the other people, that they were backed up on their orders, so I then asked for house credit on this. Then on 9/12/11, I ordered a opal pendant and had the same circumstance happened, so I then asked for house credit again. I have been calling since 3/13/12 and also e-mailing and have gotten no e-mail response or when I call the phone just rings and rings with no answer. I had roughly $250 in house credit
and am not a wealthy person that I can just say oh well to this kind of money and lose it. I need this back so I can help my daughter pay medical bills that have recently came up.
Update: 07/05/2012
Since my returns were house credit, my credit card co. could do nothing for me. I should have taken the 15% restocking fee as to lose all . I hope my gems are real ones. I read from other customers their appraised jewelry was glass !
