June 1, 2012 after playing at Slots Inferno for almost a year I won $5500.00 and was promised that I would have my winnings wired to me within 7-10 business days. It's now been 5 weeks. I sent in all my documents filled out correctly, made copies of everything they asked for. Each time I send support an e-mail I get the same reply (more than 20 times now) "Your message has been received and we will contact you within 1 business day" which they never do. I call and get online chat and am always told to e-mail support so they are no help at all. I placed a compaint with ECOGRA and they said they would investigate but I don't think they are much better since I haven't heard a word. I am not giving up this fight, now it's a matter of principle but after reading all the reviews I don't think I will get to far. I hope no one else falls for these crooks.
