I saw the "Roto Punch" advertisement on TV and then went online(www.rotopunch.com) to purchase it. The first things on the website they want you to fill out are the purchasing quantity, credit card and your personal information. Then they prompt out a series of coupon and other products asking you if you want to purchase them. All of these is a one way, no-return procedure. Eventually it will tell you the total amount, but it is too late; all has been done. They do not give you a chance to decide if you will order or not; once you fill out your information at the first page you can never return. You cannot cancel the order either.

Although their policy does state that you may return the products within a month, you will have to pay the costly S&H fee ($7.95 per item) plus the return shipping yourself.
