I purchased a 46in RCA TV from best buy feb 19,2 monts later it fail.I called on corp and they told me to ship it back for a replacement.i shipped it back june 21 and cannot get to talk to a live person.calls after calls and am getting no calls back.i understand they all have problems with that tv.I have been without a tv for almost 2months screwing with this'.I would like a tv or my money back.could you help me on this
