Code : 351100 - City : Putian - Phone : 8615060336108. After they picked up my money, no replies or package sent. I sent many email, but they did not respond at all.

- internationaltobaccoonline.com and others owned and operated by this thief are hosted by singlehop.com in Chicago. I sent them a complaint and they virtually told me they wouldn't do anything about it. If you have been scammed by internationaltobaccoonline, cigarettepurchase.com or any of the other scam websites owned by Guo Bing, send an abuse complaint to singlehop.com - [email protected]. Let them know that you were a vicitm of this thief. Maybe they will do something about it if they get enough complaints.
