I ordered the dress from this site as it is for my Brother wedding and we decided to get the bridesmaid dresses from this "company."
The first dress ordered in september came reasonably ok but very poor sewing etc.
The second dress came and it was huge, measurements all wrong and sewed the sash on the back after we asked for it not to be on there. We asked via email and the sent back an emailing confirming that it was what they wanted and so on. The dress also had a huge split down the front which was not in the picture or description, The first dress also did not come with a split.
The 3rd dress was mine. It was absolutely horrific.
- The measurements were completely wrong
- The length was over 20cm shorter than my measurements
- The zip was on the side, not the back like everyone else's.
- The elastic bra strap built in was attached on on one side and had been cut off the other
- There was the huge split down the front
- The split on the underneath was in a different place to the material on top - stupid!
- The threading was hanging everywhere and coming off
- The pleats on the front were not done properly and looked nothing like the others
- They sewed the pleats together to crinkle them more - on the OUTSIDE of the dress
- The chiffon was not flowing and soft it was nothing like chiffon material.
- When the dress was turn inside out the string and sewing were not cut off neatly,
there was hem everywhere and thread all knotted together.
- On side of the breast part was pointy and higher up, the other side was flat and lower

The dress was just poorly made, I emailed them and told them that it was ridiculous.
Not to mention that it took 1 month and 2 weeks when it should have only taken
9-14 working days!

My sister ordered hers a few days before mine arrived so I have them her order details
in an email and said to them that it should not have a split!
once again hers came with a split.

It took a whole week and about 6 emails before I got a response.
They simply told me to take it to a local seamstress and get it fixed there.

I then emailed for a further week and a bit, no reply over and over.
I then emailed saying I will contact a lawyer if I don't get a reply.
The next morning they replied and apologised and said the dress is meant to have a split.
Which firstly is stupid and lies because the first dress came without one,
and when the second dress came with one they sent her a new one without the split!
They told me they would refund half of my money.
That was just not good enough. They didn't offer to make the CORRECT dress or any help. I was not accepting anything less but the FULL refund.

On there "Customer guarantee" policy it said they have a professional team
of seamstress and that they offer 24/7 help.
They also said they have special people who attend to emails daily.

...I haven't received a reply since the 16th June.

With over 17 emails I have sent them, I have received 2 replies.
Neither of those replies were satisfactory.
They were no more then maybe 1 paragraph long, not even answering my concerns.

This site is utterly useless! and completely fake!!!
The dress looks nothing like the one in the picture that we ordered,
Im also not the only one, if you google the idresslove.com site you will see hundreds
of peoples complaints.

This is just NOT good enough for a site that provides dresses for WEDDINGS!
and all sorts or special occasions.

I cant explain the amount of stress this has added to the bride!

Something needs to be done about this
