AFTER BEING PROVIDED OFFICIAL LOOKING DOCUMENTS; I WAS REQUIRED TO WIRE CLOSING COSTS, FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES. ALL EXPENSES WERE GUARANTEED TO BE REFUNDABLE AT CLOSING TIME. THEY JUST KEPT REQUIRING MORE AND MORE "REFUNDABLE" FEES.
