I bought their software UpdateMyDrivers, which was supposed to update my computer drivers and it did not work. Some were not signed by Microsoft, others did not even match my computer processor. When I complained they did not want to refund my money.

I have not been able to install the drivers you sent me. When manually installed the Intel drivers. Windows complained the drivers were not original (not signed by Intel). After many hours I was able to find proper drivers online. Customer support suggestions did not solve the issue.

We have looked at your scan logs. The provided drivers are fully compatible with your hardware and operating system. You need to install the drivers correctly. Please read our FAQ: http://www.smarttweak.com/umd/faq/ Often, before installing the driver update, you must first delete the previous version from the system.

Unfortunately, we cannot remotely assist you with installing the drivers. We can only confirm that the provided drivers are fully compatible with your hardware and operating system. The problem may be caused by the incompatibility of certain hardware components or incorrect OS settings.

I saw some drivers for a XEON processor and other drivers were no signed by the vendor (INTEL). I found updated drivers online and I am now using them.

I have since uninstalled your application.

Paypro Global, Inc. denied Gaston Perez's request for a $11.24 USD refund.

I stopped trying to get my money back as is not worth my time. I did not get any solution from the company. (And did not get the email they said they sent).
