i ordered microsoft office and received email instructions on how to install on 1/23/12, ms word installed fine and continues to work. i tried installing on laptop a couple of months ago. when i tried to activate, got notice that my 3 activations were used. i called microsoft and they said that version was meant for a business. i emailed [email protected] on july 6 and haven't gotten a response. the email did not include a phone number. has anyone reported them to the better business bureau?
