I woke to check my account on my cell phone, and I found out two deposits were made to my account, my normal paycheck, and a 200.00 dollar, (usd) was made from hydra fund. I talked to my bank they told me to close the account ASAP. they said try to contact the and pay the loan back, only the principle although not mandatory. They stated to call the Texas attorney general and state that a fraudulent fund was debited towards my account. They said in Texas no one can send you to court for money, unless bills etc. Hydra Fund is very illegal in the state of Texas. I had no intention of accepting money from them. no paper work was filled and I had no clue that it would happen like that. If they call state you want legal documents on what loan, apr, and what the deposit was, send an email to them save a copy for you, your bank, and, if so you h.r. dept at work so they have no way of withholding any wages. therefore i Will take drastic actions to stop this from messing me up at all.
