I Received a phone call and followed through the procedures until I got to there wepsite. I then opened up a tab, and Google searched the website and came across a few comlaints here on scambook.com at which I hung up the phone. You can read the other complaints about this scam for more details but it happened almost verbatum the same exact way as the rest when said in detail. The scam website (WARNING), which you should not go to, is "themicrosoftsolution .com".
