I also purchased a Zing Auto Protection Waranty. Went to file a claim and found the company took the money and ran. I did file a complaint with the Texas State attorney generals office and the Federal Trade Commision. That was several months ago. Have not heard anything since. I highly suggest that anyone else that was scammed to please file a complaint with those two government agencies. You can do it all online.
