It began on June 15Th 2012 at 6:53:10 pm Eric Mathews placed a fraudulent ad on eBay. This was a stolen ad from me. He put my car on eBay, Eric's ad # is:170861192212 without me knowing and his fraud ad closed at $11,200 on June 15Th 2012 at 649:40 pm. Again Erics Mathews eBay fraud ad number is:170861192212. On June 15Th 2012 at 6:33pm I was about to place my personal ad for my car on eBay and saw Eric Mathews ad that he placed on eBay with my car. I called Eric Mathews several times with no answer, emailed Eric Mathews several times with no reply and knocked on Erick's house door ( home belongs to his mother ) and he did not answer the door. I called Eric Mathews one last time and Eric Mathews answered the phone. I said to Eric Mathews, that he placed ad # 170861192212 on eBay without my permission on June 15Th 2012 through June 25Th 2012 and told Eric that was fraud. At that time I asked Eric Mathews to remove the ad # 170861192212 from eBay immediately. Eric Mathews said: He could sell " my car " for $8000 to $9000. I said: The car is my car not yours and you put that ad with my car on eBay without me knowing so and again told Eric that was fraud. I asked Eric Mathews again, to remove his ad with my car from eBay ads. I said to Eric Mathews: Tell me that you are going to remove the eBay ad with my car in it immediately. Eric Mathews said okay and hung up on me. In the meanwhile I contacted eBay and told them what was going on with ad # 170861192212. eBay said they would remove the ad within 72 hours and gave me a reference #: 1-3921006149.
But eBay did not remove the SOLD ad # 170861192212 of Eric Mathews. I made countless calls to eBay to remove the fraud ad # 170861192212. Several days and phone calls, to eBay, later I talked with their Trust and Safety Dept of eBay again and they gave me a new reference #
1-3844614704. Then several calls and days later to eBay and talking with their Trust and Safety Dept, eBay finally removed the fraudulent ad # 170861192212 of Eric Mathews. In the meanwhile I talked to the Tacoma WA PD and my attorney Terry E Lumsden in Tacoma WA and told the Tacoma PD and Terry Lumsden what happened to me by Eric Mathews. The Tacoma PD gave me a reference number: 1201900646. Terry Lumsden faxed a letter to eBay saying that he represented Me: Diane Stewart and asked eBay to remove the fraudulent ad # 170861192212 by Eric Mathews. Several days later eBay removed ad # 170861192212. I put my own ads on eBay but Eric Mathews was suspected of Shill Bidding on my car with numerous names and would scare the real bidders away from bidding on my car. Lastly Re: eBay, I now have another ad on eBay that I placed, ad# 320941842130 with my car. Eric Mathews was suspected of placing Shill Bids on my car with two different phony account names, I blocked Eric Mathews, suspected Shill Bidder names, from bidding on my car. Meanwhile eBay was keeping an eye on Eric Mathews eBay account and suspected eBay Shill Bidder Accounts and Eric Mathews, to the best of my knowledge, was banned from eBay.
However I now have a problem with Eric Mathews placing ad's on craigslist. craigslist numbers: 3134359443 and # 3134224585. For what it was worth, I in turn placed a post on craigslist asking people to beware of ad #'s 3134359443I and 3134359443 and to contact my post only for information on my car. I called the Tacoma WA Police Dept. and they said to contact craigslist but did give me the same reference number of: 120900646 to refer back to. I also emailed my attorney Terry Lumsden about Eric Mathews Fraud craigslist ads. I also emailed craigslist @ legalcraigslist.org with PDF attached to their email.
This letter to you is in detail about, what has happened to me in the past several weeks because of Eric Mathews.
Can you help me and do something to stop Eric Mathews from fraudulently placing car ads about my car, anyplace he desires to?
