i have been receiving many of these offers from other sweepstakes and wanting money, i did get scammed from some of them, send small amounts of money but it adds up, not happy about that but they do make there mailings look official, i received a registered claim with encoded papers from URC, guaranteeing me the whole sum or partial, they do not tell you what, where, or when all this is about, it wanted $25.00, it looks so real, i can see why someone would believe in the official paperwork that is sent.
i did not send the money, thanks for putting all this info on line.
