We purchased vouchers to go to Las Vegas for 6 couples & 1 voucher to go to the Bahamas. Gave the deposit totalling $2,099.75. Received the vouchers and it showed that we still had to pay for the air fare which was not explained properly, therefore wished to cancel these trips as there would be and additional $500 per couple plus fees. Called to cancel trips as soon as the Vouchers came in and read them. Had to call this company so many times with Nations Travel actually hollering at me cause they wanted me to call the customer service number instead of the sales number where I originally spoke to them. The customer service # was always busy or they advised that it was whatever the sales person had advised me.

Once we finally go through to customer service they advised that they would refund the money but had to fill out a release form. Release form states that they will refund the money as long as we don't sue them. Filled out form faxed it back to Nations Travel they advised that they received same. Now they advise us that they onl issue refund checks on Fridays, had to wait for the following Friday for check to be issued. Still no check. After a month of waiting Nations Travel then advise that they mailed out the check. Advised that the check was not received and could they put a stop payment on the check and reissue. Advised that they will not do this and that they did everything that they were suppose to so please stop calling them.

Needless to say, we took Nations Travel to court. They now have a judgement against them.
