On 14th. June 2012 . I placed an order with this website via on line chat with a person who calls herself Anna. Upon final confirmation with her I ordered 2 GSM phones Samsung galaxy S3, 64 GB. I paid her through paypal considering it would be safe. As she promised she took my order and gave me a tracking number after 2 days. After two weeks I chated her on site again and inquired about the order, cause I sent several emails to her and the person who was the final benefisuary in Singapore named as Shanzy REID, email: [email protected]. She never answered, and this chat person told me the package is in my customs. I went there and found a small registered letter with the tracking number she gave me. I opened it and found a pair of ear rings worth 20 cents. I immediately reported the case to paypal and tried several chat with Anna, and she told me, will send you again or will refund. This was just lying. To my surprice paypal also did not reply to my emails. So after 3 days I escalated the case with paypal explaining them every thing. The dispute to paypal was item not received. When item received it, I changed it to considerably different and escalated the case. Paypal asked me to send the shipment back and give them a tracking number then we will make a full refund. I did that and send them tracking number. they replied now that they will wait till seller receives the shipment then they will make full refund. During this time I sent paypal several emails through their website but they did not answer a single question. nor the mails were posted in the message center. I also did not see any seller mail in the message center. Afetr 3 days I received mail from paypal

"We have completed our investigation of this case. We have denied this claim and a refund will not be issued. The tracking information provided by the seller did not confirm that the item was shipped to you. "

What this means is that the shipment the seller sent me was not the correct tracking number.
But I did one good thing. I took photos of the packet before I sent it back with the same tracking number on it.
Now I sent 2 more emails to the seller and several chats with with their website person but she just keeps lying.

Hope they arereported to the authorities before they con many people.

7/4/2012 10:02 PDT - Buyer: I ordered 2 cell phones samsung galaxy S III 64 GB color blue and I received a pair of ear rings worth 20 cents. I have the envelop that I received addressed as a letter and weighing 11 grams. This can be confirmed from the post office it was shipped from or the post office I received it from, in Bahrain. The shipping details I have listed before were the same number. The supplier just shipped something to get a registration number and forwarded it to me. I paid US $ 627.48. Thats the reason I escalated the case because I think that the seller is definately a fraud, and my money should be refunded immediately.
