Lustig, Glaser & Wilson, P.C., a Debt Collector as defined by the FDCPA, and a Law Firm, obtained a fraudulent verdict in small claims court by claiming to represent Citibank (South Dakota) N.A. as a client while the account was being reported by the Credit bureaus as belonging to Citicorp Credit Services Inc., a debt collector for the Citi Financial Group.

If you contact me by email - [email protected] I will be happy to review your account with you. Generally speaking, however, from a corporate organizational structure, Citigroup has a number of wholly owned subsidiaries, amoung which are Citibank (South Dakota), NA and Citicorp Credit Services. Credit card accounts are owned by Citibank (South Dakota), NA (now Citibank, NA) so any lawsuit filed on a credit card account would be brought in the name of the owner of the account.
I'm not sure what you believe made the judgment "fradulent" but I'm willing to discuss the matter with you.
