After looking on the BBB & FTC sites as well as contacting the Post Office where their PO Box is to inquire if they have been investigated by the OIG and, found nothing I decided to try it out. So I senty $150 to Regional Assembly spoke with a Kathy Williams on several occasions before and after sending the money. The cashier check was cashed on Jume 19,2012. I called a few days layer. Spoke to Ms Willis again to inquire when I would receive my product to assemble. She said it would be 3-5 business days via USPS. So, I waited and after over a week nothing arrived. I called back on several occasions left messages. I then receive a letter in the mail stating that this was an as need job and that's when I would receive product as per what the website states. The site says the exact opposite actually. So, I called again numerous times. Left numerous messages still no response. I then called from a friends phone where I finally got an answer. I was told by Ms Williams that 30 of those letters went out by mistake and my product was sent out the previous day. I guess she didn't think ahead on her lie because the previous day was a Sunday. I work for the post office and know for a fact they do not accept mail to be delivered on a Sunday. I then informed Ms Williams that I wanted my money back that I felt this was a scam and if I do receive product I will return it immediately. She hung up on me and I can not get a return call. I just hope that they do not try contacting me except in the form of my money in my mailbox. Since I do work for the post office and just so happen to deliver my own mail. An excuse of we sent the product/money or whatever will not work. I just want my $ refunded. I have Multiple Sclerosis and was going to use that income to pay doctor bills.
