after initial consult for move, we were given estimate of 2600 with 3-5 day delivery. per website and papers given, our home was to go on 1 truck, with one group of men to be loaded and unloaded within 3-5 days. that was 7 days agoand i still have no delivery date. the price has now gone to almost 5000 and my truck was unloaded in a warehouse in nj, and reloaded onto another truck.i honestly dont think i'll see my stuff again.i have no idea where my belongings are. plus, they pulled a classic bait and switch, never giving us the "new" estimate until after they had my stuff. these guys refuse to talk to me or my wife..

My name is Frank Palumbo I am the manager of Continental Van Lines. We moved this customer from New York to South Carolina. We did the move on July 17th 2012 his delivery date will be July 27th in the morning. That is 7 business days from pick-up to delivery, it is what we tell our customers moving to South Carolina. As far as the price is concerned we charge strictly by weight, we also did packing for the customer which he agreed to.
