I ordered this on 7/9, then called Tina a few days later to ask when it will be shipped out. She said, it normally takes 1-3 business days to be shipped out, this was on 7/12, so when I asked why has it not gone out yet, she couldn't answer but suggested I call back next week. I called back the following week and talked to a man who told me he can't even find my order. Gave him my email address and he said he can't look it up by email, so I told him the last lady did and he said that must have been magic but he can't find it under my email or by my name. After I found the information to pull up my order and gave it to him, I asked how my name was spelt? He said it is spelled correctly, but he is not a computer programmer so can't tell me why it wasn't pulling my order up. He then said he is not sure why it has not gone out yet but that I should call back. I called back again the following week and was giving a tracking number. Then found out that it was being sent from China and it was "accepted" on the 18th (8 business days after my order was placed instead of the 1-3 days), so after checking USPS again on the 23rd and seeing that it is still in China, I called and talked to Tina and she wanted me to be happy that atleast it is on it's way. I'm calling my back to get this order returned. Sounded like a good deal, but the customer service makes it a horrible deal. They advertise 14 day satisfaction guarantee, I placed my order on July 9th, what does that make today?? Wow, 14 days and my order is STILL IN CHINA!
