just a phone call, answer ten questions, win a cruise, checked the website, and read all the crap reviews and ripoffs of this company. i think this kind of crap is ridiculous and do not understand how acompany can be getting away with this as long as they possibly have been. if all these other complaints have been coming in why has this not been stopped.
