This company is based in the UK. All resident of Kent be warned do not use this company they will steal your computer.www.click computers.co.uk Also know as Allan's PC repairs. Also advertised in the thomson local.com p79 Medway 2012-13. But the address Canterbury Street, Kent ME7 1AX does not exist. They will not disclose their business address but they have a Midlands accent/Wolverhampton. Do not use them they will steal your computer and hold it ranson to get large sums of cash from you. The engineer will tell you that the company only takes cash. Later on when you want to pay for the service they will only take a crdit/debit card payment over the phone. You cannot go to them they will obly come to you. Even if you do pay over the phone you may not get your computer back. The advert states 24/7 not true. It sounds asif there are illegal immigrants answer the phone at weekends. Get a translator because there will be a communcation problem. The engineer may visit after his day job and when he does he wants to come after 10.30pm. He is not travelling from Gillingham, Kent he may tell you he is coming from London. You will be better off going to a well know high Street shop to get your PC repaired it is a quicker and safe. Totally opposite to this company.Be warned!!!

I echo some of the above. The company have no address anywhere. The invoice has a website which in my case ( I live in Salisbury Wiltshire England) had no information about the local people ( if they were) showing only services in the midalnds - ie 100 miles from me.
They took my computer away and did return it eventually but only after the most incredible sequence of missed appointments and what I suspect were simply untruths. They WOULD NOT let me visit them - very suspicious. NO VAT number on the invoice. I had another problem afer it was returned and went to a local VISIBLE company who sorted it out and could not say the new problem was linked to the original repair so I do not think I have lost anymoney as Click did do a repair - it was just dealing with them that was the nightmare. They do not answer e-mils and the fax number is unavailable. I asked for the owner/manager's name to make a complaint and was told Ian Jenkins. From another complaint website his name crops up as the owner. He has NOT answered my complaint.
AS previous report says DO NOT USE THEM - your local repairer will almost certainly be better and cheaper and you know where they are - in my case in a shop in town.
I think this is US Website I have signed up to but no matter! Any google search should produce this report -
