Purchased a paint job 3-12-2009 at a franchise which closed its doors shortly after to the tune of $1,804.21 for a signature package with a 3 year warranty. When the paint began to chip and fade during the warranty period they refused to honor the contract. Not only did the paint job fail but the original paint color was still underneath the new paint indicating that it was not prepared and the special coating I purchased had failed. They do not stand behind their claims regarding the work they do.
