I had a transcation on my bank statement for 30.00 although I had never applied for any type of online service. I have called them on several occasion attempting to get a fefund and they keep informing me that there system has issue and that is the cause to no refund as of yet. This company is ridiculous and has no moral they have no customer service sense and are thiefs.
