This actually occurred back in May but I don't have the option to enter this & I have posted on another 'scam warning' site! This co. purport to be from the UK - BUT YOU DEALING WITH HONG KONG/CHINA!! I have found many other people have been 'ripped off'. Also they are showing images of wigs by Rene of Paris! There is NO address on their website as required by UK law! They are constantly causing considerable distress to other people - including very anxious people who have hair loss due to CANCER treatment! I only wanted a wig for temporary hair thinning. Many emails got sent from this co. to me - signed with 'English' looking names but bad English - often saying 'your DRESS will be sent out to you'!! I have phoned Citizens Advice (formerly Consumer Direct) who in turn told me they were reporting this matter to Trading Standards. However, the site is still UP! I hear from others that the wigs they received (mine was confirmed by hairdresser as being real human hair - just too short & I 'came out of this the best - real human hair wig for about £30 quid!) Others received terrible quality wigs that were only fit to be 'binned'! Told to return to a P.O. address! Our Royal Mail will not deliver to those!! Many have gone via Paypal dispute & got refunded I understand. Seems Paypal not able to do anything about getting this website closed down! I just wish to warn as many people as possible about this site - ensure they contact Citizens' Advice - look it up or it's in phone book!
