Capital advance took 30.00 out of my account on may 30. called and company said that they would send me a refund with in 15 business days here it is july 27th still have not gotten my refund. Everytime i call tem about tis they tell me that there are technical difficultis with billing and that i will get my refund within 3 to 5 buisness days. Just called them today and told me the same thing 3 to 5 business days and technical difficulty in billing so i should get my refund on 8/01/2012. Is there anything that you all can do about it.
