I went to a rogers store to get a mobile service. I was advised about the plane and the phone that suit me(pay as-you-go. Being apprehensive of my ability to use the phone I was assured that it is easy and there is a manual that explains everything. Moreover, the sales lady assured me that I an return EVERY THING and will be refunded completely, if it is within 15 Days.
The manual was useless in explaining the working of the phone, as she admitted later. I tried the internet with no avail. Two days after the purchase they accepted returning the phone but refused to reimburse my $100.00 deposit for the pay-as-you-go. I was not told of that before signing and was not told anything about the useless manuals in the box.
I would like to get back what I paid especially that I did not even know how to dial one call or receive one.
