said i was 100% approved for the $15,950 grant and that the money would be delivered to me by check to my home address.The catch was that i had to send them $638.43. to receive my money. they said i would receive my money the next day after i paid the $638.43. so i got online and looked up the foundation and it does not exist.. it is a scam..
