Case called saying I'd applied for a position with his company get hope to won to work from home. As we spoke he asked me for my email address so he could send me a link to sign up for a money dot card that's how they paid their employees. I then said I wanted to check on his company before giving out my ssn and date of birth. I asked for a phone number to call him back and he gave me 616-365-2814 which is disconnected. I did try to look into his company and found that it didn't exhist. this is a scam and I'm worried others will fall into it and fall victim to indentity theft.

- I was just contacted by phone by these people. Interestingly it was immediately after I had signed up for an make money from home opportunity called : Profit Masters Academy which supposedly has a lot of good PR. However, the Hope to Own situation definitely sounds like a scam and unfortunately he is probably getting his info directly from the other company as he already had my email. Someone by the name of Brian Johnson (probably made up) called me from this number that appeared on my cell phone: 801-610-2766. I told him I would be very skeptical of giving out ANY personal info. without doing a background check on the company. I wanted to call him back after reading his email and he said he'd call me back. Ironically, no email (and no call back)!!! DEFINITELY BYWARE!!

- I just signed up for part of this program ... the Visa payback system. That required my Social Security #. I was feeling skeptical the whole time! Since I was doing it from my mobile phone he gave me more time to access a computer. When he called back I told him I was feeling skeptical. So he gave me their Website & is calling back tomorrow. I'm concerned now that they have my Social Security #. Dorothy have you had any reprecussions since giving that info? Mary
