Ordered a pair of shoes on Rios Shoes website that I couldn't find anywhere else. I immediately received a confirmation email and a separate advertising email from Rios. My order number was only four digits but everything else looked legit. I paid via PayPal. The order on the website never changed from pending/processing. I have not received the shoes and I submitted a inquiry on their online form and never received a response. So I submitted a complaint to PayPal which immediately was upgraded to a claim. Waiting to hear back from PayPal. But Googling Rios Shoes showed many complaints about them.
