I placed the order on June 11th 2012.I received the item"watch"on June 23 rd 2012.I kept it for four days to check if it works-but it stopped working 13 times in four days.That is why I sent it back on June 28 th 2012 after having it for four days.The idealwatches promise to send You the refund -no questions asked up to 7 days of receiving the item.They do not reply to My e-mails or phone calls.I checked with 411 phone info.They told me that the number is not releted to any person or bussiness.
