The owner of this online business seemed to be upfront and professional at first. He advised me that due to the special nature of my order that I would be required to wait one additional week for my order to ship. After five weeks, I contacted the seller and received no response via phone or email. I finally contacted PayPal and filed a complaint and requested that they urge him to either ship my item or refund my money. His immediate response was not to fulfill the order as promised. His juvenile response was simply to get angry at the complaint that was filed and to simply refund my money. I appreciate the fact that I received my money back, but I placed my order with this company in order to receive the goods that I needed. Instead, I waited five weeks and am back at square one. I would recommend never doing business with this company or Sterling Hall.
