To start my story off, I placed my order on July/25/2012.
It is now August/1/2012.
it all started off on july i decided to purchase 20m geons from MMOOK.COM, but befor i did i tried to play it smart and talk to their customer support team (GoldICQ) befor i purchase, i maybe waited 2-3min. befor someone answered my message, i talked to "David" who guaranteed me they had MORE then enough funds to support my order, ok this is good im thinking, i asked him how soon would i recicve if i purchased from you guys now? he replied: You will recieve within 10min. of your purchase, our supplier is online right now, i tell him ok, 2min. later my paypal order is approved, and i recieved a reciet for it, i then comtact support team again and ask for "David", he replyes quite quickly, i ask him if he can stay on the line with me untill i recieve my order?, he replies: Yes, i will stay on here with you untill you recieve... let me contact our supplier now and have him deliver to you.
5min. pass......10min. pass.... at 15min. later i ask him, is something wrong?
he replies: Yes, our supplier cannot connect to the game right now, possibly technical problems with his internet.
i tell him: ok thats fine, how soon will i recieve my order?
he replies: just give us 3 hours and you'll have your order.
3 hours later i sign in to check....nathing...i stay logged in and go eat supper(roughly 30-45min.) i come back to check, still nathing. i contact support team again and get "David"... i ask him: its been almost 4 hours, why havent i recieved my order yet david?
he replies: we cannot get ahold of our supplier at the momment, please check back with us tomarrow.
i tell him: ok, no problem there.
next day... i contact them asking where my order is, i think i was talking to "Vivian" or "Mary" they replied: We are sorry but we are having trouble collect the gold for your order, please give us uotp 3 more days to deliver, you dont have to wait here we will have our supplier "mail" gold to you in game then we will email you to confirm.
i tell him: fine ill check in every day with you guys to check the status ok?
they way: ok sir thank you for understanding, have a good day.
..After COUNTLESS contacting them, and COUNTLESS lies, like: im sorry but we need more time, possibly 3 hours... or we need more time, possibly 3 more days...or we cannot get ahold of our supplier at this time please try back in a few days......here i am writing this on here, but unlike the other person who posted here, i AM going to the police station and filing a Fraud/Scam report and if i have to i WILL contact the F.B.I abought it also, im sorry and i hate to use this language but... this is fucking stupid on how the support team is treating me, and just befor i wrote this i was "Threatend" by "Vivian" that if i do not calm down they will not deliver or refund to me.

Well theres my piece on it, hopefully people search this website and read our reports abought GoldICQ and all the website they are linked to.
