This company took the funds out of my account for 30.00. It lookslike it's some kind of payday loan. I have never used a payday loan. My banks fraud dept was aware of this scam and is crediting the funds back to a new account.

- They hit me too. So I filled a complaint with ic3.gov,also with my bank who has also taken it to fraud dept. I just recieved a letter from the state of Hawaii who recieved the fraud notification from ic3, they have investigated and know I didn't contact this company and are continuing thie investigation. I still have not recieved the refund from these fools but I'll be patient as my goal is to get them out of business. Their biggest mistake was I am a military spouse and by federal law they are not allowed to lend. They have no legs to stand on by claiming I seeked their services. Please go to the ic3.gov website and file a complaint. Get these thiefs out of business!

- Forgot to add someone from there an employee I figure it's probably the one who fraudulently added me to their list of borrowers and took money from my account has called me several times threatening me and wanting my lawyers name. I just laughed and told him to call JAG there is a whole team of layers at my disposal for such a situation. But I have saved these calls though now this guy has started to block the number. I figure he alone will place the nails in their coffin. If he hasn't been fired already. Doing all that I can think of to get the word out about them and their affiliates to shut them down. So please anyone go to ic3.gov for these lenders, they have gotten away with it for far to long.
