Saw a 2000 Jaguar S-Type advertised on Ebay as a garage kept, dealer serviced beautiful car...the accompanying photos backed up the ad. I contacted US Auto by Ebay email and expressed my interest. All subsequent emails were sent through "contact the seller" on ebay until the very last step when I decided to buy the car.

Since there was no "Buy it now" button to click on ebay, I asked US Auto for advice on how to go about it. They told me to wire them the money, which is what I did.

I realize a used car is sold "as is" and certain repairs are generally needed. But there is a reasonable assumption that the car is at least operable. The car they shipped to me is totally inoperable. When it was unloaded from the flatbed outside my apartment, I knew immediately there was trouble. The engine screeched with frozen bearings. But that was not all. Trying to park it, I almost drove into a wall, the front end was so badly misaligned. I've had it trucked to 2 different repair shops and it is estimated that I will have to pay over $8000.00 to repair the front end suspension. Bolts were even hanging off and I was warned not to attempt to drive this car anywhere, not that I would. Subsequent emails to the company to address the issue have been met with silence.

I cannot even register the car in California, as all "out of State" cars must pass a DMV inspection. This car is fit only to be scrapped for parts. It is certainly not the "garage kept, dealer serviced car" that was advertised on Ebay. I want US Auto of Pompano Beach, Florida, held responsible for defrauding me of $6995.00. Thank you.
