I spoke with one of their employees concerning a loan I may wish to consider. I was sent an email with a list of lenders which I was unhappy with to start with. on the initial conversation with this company I was told their fee of £79.99, which I could not afford anyway otherwise I would not be on the lookout for a loan, would not be debited from my account until one of the lenders had contacted me and that I was happy to proceed with the loan. I, after briefly looking at their list of lenders (did not click on any of their links whatsoever thus not using their services at all. I telephoned the company straight away, after having read the email, telling them I did not want to proceed any further and to cancel this arrangement and definately not to deduct any money from my account. However, 7 days later, when I went to to the bank, I noticed my account had been debited £79.99, leaving my account overdrwan which I will now be charged for as I do not have an overdraft facility.

I telephoned the company promptly and explained the situation, only to be told I would have to put it in an email as this department does not have a direct line and I would hear back from them within 48 hours, this being the time it would take them to process this. Moneyessentials.co.uk have yet to get back to me with regard to this and I am left with no money in the meantime. Hopefully I will hear back from them tomorrow, Monday, to let me know what is going on.
