Bought credit protection from said firm over 1 year ago and in June 2012 filed for benefits as i lost my job--sent required documents and twice they asked for additional documents which i supplied and now 2 months down the road still no payments on my credit card --after 6 repeated heated call to them asking for names and supervisors there answer is they are looking into the delay--enough is enough as there is something not right about this situation and needs investigated at once.
