I have no recollection of doing business with this company and have no correspondence on file with same. At the time this occurred, I was doing surveys for several companies and it seems "coincidental" that valu-pass help.com should slip through the cracks.
Update: 08/09/2012
I contacted the company by phone; they were polite and helpful. The $99 (US) turns out to be for a year's membership and my choice was to cancel the membership and receive a $50.00 rebate.
