Our Company bought a scrap metals from Oasis Supply & Trade, LLC and Cornerstone Recycling, Oklohoma City, OK last July 2011. Scrap copper originated from Dominican Republic. After 3 months of delay, the container were shipped on October 2011 and our company paid Oasis in Full amount. The container weighted for 25 MT. When the container arrived in Hong Kong, an independent weight center weighted the container only 10.97 MT. We did not accept the container per violation of contract agreement. Until now, Oasis refused to refund our company. We hired a legal counselor to represent us.
