initially paid for trial pack of total cleanse. there was no mention of a recurring visa debit until after they had my card details. i immediately phoned the company to cancel, they would not allow me to cancel, even though the law states that i can. i also e-mailed but again they refused to cancel. on the 8th Aug 2012 they took 99.95 from my account. as a result i am almost 100 pounds out of pocket and had to cancel my card. this company is running a scam, their methods are totally illegal and should be stopped.

thank you for your comment. i live in the uk, and as soon as i realised that i had entered into a recurring payment agreement, i first of all sent an e-mail, i received a response telling me to phone the uk number. i phoned and tried to cancel the agreement, but the chap on the phone simply would not cancel. i told him that i want to cancel but he took no notice. in the uk our law states that any customer buying products via mail/internet has 7 days starting from the day after goods received to cancel any agreement, for whatever reason. That is a statutory law here, and any company MUST cancel if requested. you have broken the law here in the uk by not allowing me to cancel i am almost 100GBP out of pocket. my bank is looking into it and may launch a fraud investigation.

- This company is a scam, they sign you up for this stuff but wont let you off the hook once you have bitten, I have emailed them phoned them (which they charge extra you for) I keep getting these bottles of rubbish and bills on my credit card, they are nothing but a bunch of theives, nobody should sign up for this scam.
