I was contacted by a person named, Dan Donovan, of State Aquisition Corp. First # was 727-216-3410 and then changed to 727-230-1660. First contact was around Nov. of 2010. The first charge was of 1203.50 for processing,transfer,and title fees. Was told my 2 lots in Poinciana, Fl. would be sold for $104,500.00. The closing was to be made the following month. When it came close to the month, he kept saying, it was changed to the following month and so on. Havn't heard from him, after several months. Finally, called me again, July 30, 2012. Said there is a definate sale of my lot and the closing would be on Aug. 10,2012. Was asked for a final fee of $980. I can't beleive, I got suckered into this twice. Should have known, the first time. Their first address was, 2804 W. Bay Dr. #105, Belleair Bluffs, Fl. 33770. Their present address, as of now, is: 3665 E. Bay Dr. #204-13, Largo, Fl. 33771.This person, among many others, needs to be arrested for scamming innocent victims, like me, out of our hard earned money.
