Hi I am just wondeingr if someone can help me regarding refund/returning of items bought online. for I am not satisfied w/ the product quality. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes from an online shop(www.bestlala.com) in a very cheap price for they have promised that it is from direct suppliers. but apparently it is only a replica & it is n a very bad quality. & I know that this product from china & the real value is very very cheap. but they charge on line for 42 & 52AUSD / item(true market replica value around 10AUSD). I am not happy for the product is not worth the amount I pay. & its so sad that many Australians is also buying this crap items on line. without knowing the real value of the products they are buying. the amount we pay is nearly the amount of the Original one. that is why I am so upset when I received the items. & it seems that they don't want to refund.
