Same story as others - UK complaint - applied for trial sample 31 March 2012 and received email order confirmation for free sample at £0.00 plus £2.49 postage. Sample didn't arrive. Emailed Purasilk to ask them to check and sample arrived a week later. I have had no other dealings at all with them and certainly haven't ordered anything. Next thing I know - £69.90 has been billed to my card. Have just called my bank to dispute the amount.
