I had to close my bank account due to this company cashing fraudulent checks in my account. My bank froze the account and returned whatever was "loaned" in my account. The bank being a federal bank deemed this illegal activity...these people have allll my life information claiming I asked for this loan and now i got a phone call from person who can barely speak English saying this. Ompany is suing me!!! That some officer is coming to my door AT MY HOME and is going to take me to court and that I need a lawyer and all this other stuff!!!! I don't even know what the heck is going on their saying we're informing ur work of how bad a person u are, and it's my boyfriends work!!! I'm currently not working due to sever medical problems!!! Now I have this bull happening!! Someone help me!!! Who are these people and am I really being sued over something I didn't do????
