they sueing me because i had a stroke 3years ago riding a motor clcle and could not keep paying for my car.i gave them the car back.they sold it for 2000 and they want me to give them the rest that was owed.i payed them on time before i became bisabled,but now i am not able to pay them,and they are sueing me.

- It is not the banks fault you were in an accident and became disabled. You still owe the money to them. I would sue you as well if I were the bank.

- No, I'm not a troll. I just speak the truth. Why should the bank lose out on income just because he can't fulfill his contract? Things like this is why disability insurance is sold. Instead of wasting money on a motorcycle you couldn't afford you should have purchased some disability insurance so you could take care of your obligations
