I was looking for an authentic LV purse and found this LV outlet online. I was trying to purchase but got an error massage after submit the purchase order. I was trying to email them 3 times for questions but no response. Once of the emails was about changed mind...don't want the purse anymore. Three days later, they charged my credit card. Two more days later, they finally replied my email and told me that they already shipped the item and they only sell authentic LV purse so I have no worry. I got the purse today (on the 16th) and I am right...it is FAKE. I emailed them again but they said they won't give full refund. I will have to pay for the return shipping fee which acceptable but they will charge a $80 handling fee. That is ridiculous. They make money from people who can't tell it is fake and people who can tell it is fake. I have no problem paying the restocking fee for authentic purse but not fake purse. SCAM! SCAM!
